I'm not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it. The service felt extremely rushed from start to finish. Throughout my appointment, the technician was repeatedly scrolling on her phone and texting, which made me feel like my appointment wasn't a priority. To be honest, the work itself felt half-done. When you're paying around $100 for a service, you expect it to be completed with care and attention to detail, not rushed through. I left feeling like the quality simply didn't match the price. I've given this salon multiple chances, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately it hasn't improved. The atmosphere also felt quite pushy, which didn't make for a relaxing experience. Honestly, if my usual nail salon hadn't been fully booked and I needed to get in quickly, I wouldn't have come here. After this experience, I won't be returning. Cochrane has several other nail salons that provide much better service and make you feel valued as a customer.

I’ve been living here for two years and started going to Regal Nails. Affordable and enjoyable. Staff is friendly , the location is convenient. Kelly does my nails and her work is exceptional. I highly recommend Regal Nails in Cochrane

I visited Regal Nails in Cochrane today and had a really good experience. The service was fast, efficient, and my nails turned out great. They have a wide and beautiful selection of colors to choose from, which made the process even better. I especially want to mention Ivy — she was incredibly helpful and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the appointment. Her customer service was excellent and very reassuring. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and results. The only small feedback I would give is that while removing the upper layer during the refill, it felt a bit uncomfortable at times for me and the client beside me as well. It’s nothing major, but improving that step could make the experience even more comfortable and even more professional. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely come back again. Overall, a positive experience and good service!

I’ve been coming here since I was 14! I’m 22 now and switched over to just pedicures and whatever designs they do amazingly! Whether it’s cat eye or classic shellac colour the friendly environment makes me feel welcomed thank you Sam! And ivy!

The team is talented, friendly, and always pays attention to the little details that make the designs look perfect. My nails come out exactly how I imagined sometimes even better! The salon is clean, welcoming, and the service is consistently amazing. I always leave feeling pampered and confident.
